Introduction and Overview

This training is not going to teach you all that there is to know about vulnerable adult abuse, nor is it going to teach you about providing personal care to your clients. This training is going to teach you some of the basics about risk factors, defining abuse, mandatory reporting, why we don’t report, what some of the risk factors are for you and for agencies and about prevention of abuse. The training is going to be interactive with exercises for you to complete.
